Seller's Policy
This Seller's Policy explains the storefront rules for opening a shop, publishing products, handling orders, protecting buyers, and managing seller account risk.
Seller onboarding
Sellers must provide accurate shop information, identity or business documents, contact details, payout information, and any documents requested during review. Applications can be approved, rejected, or returned for additional information. A seller account may be limited until the review is complete.
Product listing
Products must be described accurately with clear images, prices, stock, specifications, shipping information, and after-sales terms. Sellers must not publish counterfeit goods, misleading listings, restricted products, unsafe products, or items that violate marketplace rules or local laws.
Order fulfillment
Sellers are responsible for processing orders on time, keeping inventory accurate, uploading shipment information, and responding to buyer or platform requests. Delayed shipment, false tracking, repeated cancellation, or refusal to provide evidence may affect seller status.
Returns and after-sales
Sellers must cooperate with return, exchange, refund, warranty, and product-support requests according to the return policy and order evidence. When a dispute is opened, sellers should provide clear order records, product photos, logistics evidence, and communication history.
Payments and balances
Sales amounts, commissions, fees, refunds, adjustments, and store wallet balances may be reviewed before release. Payout, withdrawal, and settlement availability depends on account status, order evidence, risk review, payment-method rules, and the current wallet record.
Risk and enforcement
The platform may warn, restrict, freeze, delist products, adjust balances, cancel orders, or close a shop when seller behavior creates buyer risk, violates policy, or fails review. Seller records, order logs, wallet transactions, and support evidence may be used for risk review.
